Delivery & Returns Information

All of our items are hand personalised to order, we aim to turn all orders around as quickly as possible; however please allow up to 3 working days from your order being placed. You will receive an email to inform you when your item(s) have been dispatched.

If you have an order that is required urgently for a specific date or special occasion, please send us an email along with your order number to info@monikerhaus.com and we will try to accommodate a faster dispatch time where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout dependent on the size/weight of your order. We offer a standard or express service, delivery times for these can be found below.

Free for all orders over £45.

Standard shipping aims for delivery within 2-4 business days from dispatch.

If you wish for your order to reach you sooner, we offer an express delivery option which aims to deliver your order within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Please note due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty. All of our products are quality inspected before being sent to you, however if for some reason you have any issues with your order please contact us at info@monikerhaus.com quoting your order number and we will be happy to help.
