Personalisation & Product Information

To help you create your own unique pieces all of our items can be personalised free of charge via either embroidery or hot foiling; a process that involves indenting brass type into your selected item(s) using heat and a layer of foil to add colour.

All personalisation will be in the position as shown on product images, note this may vary slightly as each item is personalised individually by hand. The maximum number of initials will be clearly stated on the product page. If you have a request that falls outside of this please contact us at info@monikerhaus.com and we will be happy to assist.

Processing time for personalisation is 3 working days (excluding delivery), all orders will be dispatched within this period. Please remember to check your chosen initials carefully when placing your order as unfortunately we cannot make any changes once production has started.

We offer 2 colours of monogram; silver and gold. We can also blind deboss your items which indents your chosen initials without any foil being applied for a more subtle finish. Please note due to the nature of blind debossing we only offer this as an option on suitable products.

All products are personalised in upper case Times New Roman (A-Z). We also have the following characters available

We offer a range of embroidery fonts and thread colours for you to select from, all options are visible on the applicable product pages. We can embroider a maximum of 8 characters, please note the size will be determined by the number of letters/characters required.

We make every effort to photograph our products to accurately display colours, however please note due to variations in monitors and devices the colour of the product you receive may differ slightly to the images seen on your screen.

We offer a range of materials and finishes for our products, please refer to product pages for individual specifications. The colour of hardware such as zips and fastening clearly stated on the product page for each item where applicable should you wish to match your personalisation.

All of our products are personalised uniquely by hand and therefore slight variations in finish may be presented. Due to the varied finish of products some imperfections in personalisation are normal, this is more prominent on croc products due to the textured surface.

Please take care to minimise excessive rubbing against other surfaces, in particular avoid contact with sharp or rough surfaces and water, if possible. Do not wash, should you need to clean your item please wipe gently with a damp cloth.

If you have opted for silver, gold or rose gold foil on your monogram please be aware that this will inevitably fade over time with general wear and tear; avoid contact with perfume, oils, cosmetics and other chemicals as this may cause it to fade quicker.
